Help Center

The Help Center is designed to help you get the most out of the platform.  You can launch it any time by clicking Help Center in the header of the platform.

Your account is all set.
Here is some important information for you.

  • Account Transfer:

    If you selected to have your Investors Research Tool account move to your new account this will be completed within one business day.  ALL of your information, settings, and history will be moved to this account.

  • Free period:

    You will not be billed until at least November 15, 2024.  We will also send you a reminder 5 days prior to your first charge.

  • On-Boarding Emails:

    You will receive 15 on-boarding emails highlighting features of the platform over the next 2 months.  Since you will have enhanced features from your previous version, we recommend you review these.

  • Help Center:

    The Help Center contains full User Guide, Quicks Start Guides, and content specific Video Library to help you get the most out of the platform. Click Help Center in the header of the platform at any time.

  • Office Hours:

    We hold 2 weekly “Office Hours” webinars where you can ask any question about the platform to help you get the most out of it.  For the latest times and to register you can go to the Help Center by clicking HERE.

  • Webinar Trainings:

    Each month we conduct a 2 session training on the platform.  First session is full functionality overview.  Second session is focused on options functionality.  We will email you about those as the approach.  You will also see a notification when you login to the platform.  You can always check when the next sessions are by checking the Help Center.

  • Support Tickets:

    If you have questions or need assistance, you can create a support ticket from the User Menu in the platform or from the Help Center.
